sounds like die-off, which is a good sign because it means that you are killing the little buggers. I would do a coffee enema to become less toxic from the die-off and drink tons of H20 plus get your lymphs moving- exercise is good- like a 30 minute walk or if you can do a sauna that would help speed up the detox process too.
