Congratulations on killing the bb - you give me hope! I smelled my breath today for the first time in months... not sure why, but I'm hoping it's a good sign. It was bad, but not horrible. I don't seem to be getting as many reactions (sniffing, wiping the nose, etc).

I'm actually going to switch to 10 drops 3X, because anything over 13 makes me sick.

When you swish in the morning, do you do it after brushing, and do you rinse afterwards?
