Many folks find the method that Somer describes to work quite well for them.

No such thing as "getting past the liquid stage of eliminations". It is most common and pretty much the norm to pass only butt pee for the duration of the cleanse be it 10 days or 40 days. Passing solids past day 3 or 4 is a good indication that you are needing to do a dedicated colon cleanse after the MC.
