Hi James3112,
After being raw vegan for 18 moths with poor results, I am on a omnivore diet ( about 80% raw) with great improvements.
I eat lots of eggs, raw veggies like cucumbers, lettuce, cabbage etc, little fruit, lots of nuts and oils ( VCO and olive oil). I also drink raw milk every day, and although I know that the paleo diet does not include that, I believe it is a valuable food.
I eat some cooked grains and I allow myself a few exceptions to the rule every now and then, b/c in my opinion ( and in my experience) losing flexibility is always quite detrimental on both physical and mental health.
I think the diet you have outlined is great. I found and used this free metabolic test:

I am a firm believer in metabolic testing and dietary guidelines based on the MT results. Being a protein type, it makes perfect sense that as a child I had a preference for protein foods ( meat, eggs), and I thrived on a very high-protein diet. This also explains why a vegan and mostly fruitarian diet did a lot of damage to my health.
Wish you success on your journey
