VX - how have you helped your candida? What has helped you? thanks

I do know of others on here that have achieved good health. I dont know about "cured". I think although they have regained their health if they went back to eating bad foods, possibly going through alot of stress then the immune system weakens and maybe they will be prone to candida again. My friend who was very ill with candida - she regained her health doing various things - she lives a busy active life but she knows that if she eats bad food or gets stressed for long enough she will get some of her symptoms back. I dont know maybe we will always be prone to candida if we do the wrong things? I would be happy to just regain some health....cured is a big word when you are this sick. I live in hope but I wont loose it.
