Iodoral is meant to be absorbed in the lower intestine, while Lugols is absorbed in the stomach and could cause bloating. I would mix the Lugols with Orange Juice or Vit C to smooth it out. When your finished with Lugols you might try Magnascent Iodine as HOW suggests. Iodoral taken with food or stand alone should not cause bloating unless taken with high Gulten carbs.
