yep vitamin C, the ascorbic acid type, and enemas have helped me a lot too. Enemas are probably top of the list but they are quite a chore, but worthwhile. Nothing like a good flush I think a lot of heavy metals stick like magnets to your colon or something. They paralyze it too.


But having tried it I still would not want to be without the DE now either.
