So, in my opinion, yes, a smoker can say do not smoke, a drinker say don't drink, and a fast food eater say don't eat fast food, etc.

Nothing wrong with a little hypocrisy I suppose. Seems to me fasting is a fine art, not to be taken lightly because of the consequences,if done incorrectly or inconsiderate of the total medical profile of the individual it is just plain sloppy advice bordering on reckless behavior! To give advice and ignore the symptomology of the protocol is just plain old lousy health "care" ! Do no harm is the first and foremost objective in all healing modalities, to ignore or mock someone you advice is beyond acceptable! I sure hope you don't advise in this capacity Tony!
