Thanks for your patience and reposting this.
A couple years ago I did a post on metals. You could look at for information on what some of the metals do for the body.
One thing that I've read is that when copper is low parasites are present. This has been tested on animals. I'm sure if everyone had a copper test done it would show that the levels are low. Too much copper, on the other hand, can drop a cow dead in no time.
Chromium and Colbalt are also good fighters for the immune system and your levels are low on those too.
Sodium is excessively low. I know that Newport has mentioned in a post about low salt intake and Lyme. You should be able to find the post on this forum about that.
We need all metals in our body, because of our electrical system and for certain body functions. As far as I know, the more dangerous one should be in minute trace amounts or at very low levels. The is one reason why it is helpful to take Trace Minerals (by a good company). However, if you're out of whack you don't want to pollute your body more.... some kind of balance needs to be done.
