No one really cares at all what MH does to himself ,its the bad advice he gives to people who trust him. Advice that is surely over the top and potentially very harmful. If MH cannot follow his own advice, swallow his own medicine or refuses to for what ever reason then he should not try to convince others to do so. This is unethical and abusive.
I remember the guy Zack, it was a pitiful display. He sent in before and after pics with his before pics with him pushing his gut out and the after pics with him holding his stomach in and sticking his chest out! The guy was delusional, I think he fasted for a 108 days, I felt pity for him!
