Aye, i've been eating very little since these symptoms started. Can't give OJ the only credit for all that weight loss. And it's true about loose skin but i may have lost weight too quickly.

So what you're saying is that i was so loaded with this sludge it's taking a long time to expel it, and my stop n go method is too scatter shot for what i need. I need like maybe three weeks to see a major difference.

Far as the other self-help methods, i read it on Curezone, but not your forum, MH. That's when i first got started back in Feb. I stumbled upon yours later. There are so many forums to go thru so a newbie must sort thru this maze.

Now one of the posters, Kala, I think, posted something that is giving me pause. She mentioned Joy, and i have no joy in my life presently. I remember a dr. once said different parts of the body respond to different emotions, and the lungs hold in grief. I do have grief. So another area to work on and let go.

The mind, body and spirit are so complex.
