POSITIVE affirmations (such as "Man, it feels great to be alive," and "Heck, yeah, I'm strong!" lol)
scriipture (memorized and said out loud (such as "By His stripes I AM healed!")
Environmental cleanup (see Hulda Clark 's books... like non-flouridated toothpaste and Seventh Generation type laundry detergent)
Liver flushs (both Schulze and a modified Clark... I have a hard time with epsom salt) for stones, gravel, and bile dump
Kidney flushs ( The Master Cleanse hot lemonade drink... yum!) for stones and coffee stains lol Alternate these every other week
Kidney Detox Tea and Tincture
Prayer (I'd crash and burn if I didn't go before the Lord Jesus Christ every day... plus I pray for a lot of people every day)
Bible reading (we are transformed by the renewing of our minds by daily washing them in the Word.... The Psalms are especially comforting when you're healing)
Emotional Freedom Technique (sounds kooky but it works... same principle as acupuncture without the needles)
Liver Detox Tea and Tincture (tonic)
Yoga twice a day for stretching constricted muscles and deep breathing (I'm starting out with Astanga because it looks like there are some poses I could actually do lol)
Raw local honey
Apple Cider Vinegar (stimulates HCl in the stomach)
Juice fast (12 pints juice per day home made in a Champion juicer... there is no solid food... with the exception of a couple of Brazil nuts blended into our smoothies for the "must have" selenium at the Party because we want the nutrition going in FAST)
Schulze Intestinal Formula #2 (Yes! Bring on the P&B shakes! Nasty thick black slime made of Bentonite clay, psyllium and other goodies to give the colon a good scrubbing... you can't get a thorough colon cleansing... like expelling mucoid placque... without this)
Activated Charcoal Slurries (exactly what you think it is... the charcoal really draws toxins out FAST and that's what we need to happen)
3 cloves raw garlic (amazing healing properties but it WILL make you stink for a while)
Herbal calcium (quite a bit of research went into this one... seems calcium is a BIG issue in muscular dystrophy and MUST be plant based or our bodies store it in our tissues instead of our bones)
Bone Flesh and Cartilege herbal formula (created by Dr. Christopher... its healing properties is legend) in tea 3 times a day and as an herbal bath 5 nights a week (this replaces the herbal fomentation because the dystrophy is over our entire bodies making a fomentation impractical)
Family devotions (to pray and believe as "one")
An orderly home (less stress)
Daily coffee enemas (as per Gerson- coffee draws impurities out of the liver as well as the entire abdominal area... anybody who has any abdominal issues, female issues, prostae issues, etc should look into these... but I'm only going to do one a day since I don't have cancer)
Hot and cold showers (for circulation- doing what we can to simulate the hot sauna/ice plunges they do in spas)
3 oil massages (rotate castor for 2 days, olive for 2 days, and wheat germ... amazing amounts of Vitamin E which is also in the "old" research on muscular dystrophy... for 2 days) rub into as much skin as possible
Kelp (known source of iodine)
Cayenne (hot enough to launch a rocket... even from Texas lol... fabulous for circulation and ANY kind of cardiovascular trouble or bleeding/cuts/wounds)
Blood Detox Formula
Echinacea (either rotated every other week with the blood detox or just take it every day... not sure yet)
Lobelia (mainly for nerves in my case)
St. John's Wort (for emotional support fer sher, but it also has amazing properties for muscles)
Sunbaths (besides Vitamin D, which folks with muscular dystrophy HAVE to have, we don't even know all of the benefits of sunshine on our bodies- just bare what you dare and get out there... be careful not to burn! Oh! And take a good read out there so your mind gets stimulated, too!)
Bare feet on the earth (this releases electrical energy... I don't know how it works... just walk around the yard in your bare feet for 10 minutes and pray or think happy thoughts... or play with your kids/grandkids out there)
All natural clothing and bedding (100% cotton, wool, linen, or silk... no blends)
Superfood (where most of our protein and vitamins come from... get the Original recipe because that's what Schulze used when he had his clinic)
Aloe vera powder and gel (high in allantoin for cell regeneration)
Bee pollen (optional... Waco seems to be a cesspool for all allergens in the world so this helps)
Potassium broth (make homeade every 3 days... it's one of the better things I'll be drinking lol It's actually quite good with several drops of cayenne tincture and a pinch of Himalayan salt... I call this my "soup" for lunch and dinner at the Party)
Jokes and laughing (SO healing! Just be careful what you joke about...)
Wheatgrass juice/powder (I'm not growing my own yet so I will take the powder... I swear by this stuff... it actually seems to benefit the DNA so BRING IT ON!)
Walking (and eventually running)... anything to MOVE and sweat... goal is an hour, but start out with 15 minutes if that's all you can do... Christopher has stories where people literally couldn't lift a finger and a year later could walk unassisted...
Visualizations (I kinda cringe at this word... I mean to imagine the herbs going to where they need to go to do the work they need to do, and imagine yourself being well and what life would look like)
Schulze Intestinal Formula #1 (this moves the action of the colon)
Declutter/throw out/give away 1/3 of what you own... I have used Flylady for years
Hydrogen peroxide poured into the herbal bath soaks (to absorb more oxygen in through the skin)
High enemas (different kinds depending on what we need to do) followed by an implant every other night for 9 total times at the beginning of the IP)
The Cold Sheet Treatment "every Saturday Night" for a month and then assess need (we're experimenting with how to make these more effective- stand by)
Nerve sedative (for sleep- I get leg cramps at night)
Skin brushing (helps with circulation, removes old dead skin cells and makes your skin look and feel silky smooth)
Foot reflexology massage (I'm not good at it- just massage your feet and mash your thumbs into the bottoms of your toes and soles and you should do pretty well)
Bad Calcium Buildup Flush (every two weeks... just a couple of rounds)
Sleep with the bedroom window(s) open a crack at night
Get to bed by 10 PM (ha ha... try, anyway)
