(Check out the other links at the bottom re: nematodes, trematodes, cestodes, arthropods etc). This may help but I think someone who is trained to know what they are looking at would obviously be able to identify what is in your samples through the use of a microscope.

Sometimes the eggs, blobby stuff all looks the same to me. But to an expert/the trained eye -they'd know.
