I understood your point... my post was intended to add to yours, hopefully stimulating people to use a bit of common sense when told\sold ANYTHING as gospel...

Man has evolved on many different fronts, some on a primarily vegan diet like the Bantu, and others on almost entirely animal proteins and fats like the Inuit... I have made these arguments before... one size does not fit all... there is no point in arguing about the benefits of one way over the other. Obviously a vegan\fruitarian diet would have disastrous, degenerative affects to a native, traditional diet consuming Inuit.
