It was interesting to read recently on barefoot's forum that he again admits he doens't take his own advice regarding diet.

he recommends a mono diet, but doesn't eat a mono diet. he recommends a fruitarian diet but doesn't eat a fruitarian diet. and lets leave the breatharian fantasies out of this thing for the moment.

believe this - EVERY SINGLE PERSON I PERSONALLY KNOW OF, OR HAVE HEARD OF, OR WHOSE TESTIMONY I READ ONLINE, WHO HAS GONE FRUITARIAN HAS HAD DISASTROUS CONSEQUENCES!!! EVERY SINGLE ONE WITHOUT FAIL!

the most common side effect is hurting, rotting, loosening, and blackened teeth. this is almost universal. other affects of long term fruitarianism are bowels shutting down, extreme fatigue, fuzzy thinking, brain fog, and so on.

remember zack? he posted on the barefoot forum for a long time. he actually took MH's advice about diet to heart and did it, as opposed to MH who just blathers on about it but never does it. well zack was the golden child of the forum for a while, MH's favorite son. then his posts began to sound a bit "off", then they started sounding downright weird. then his posts just became bizarre nonsensical rantings. the longer he was on the fruitarian diet, the more bizarre his posts became.

what did MH do? help him out? reach out? advise him to stop eating fruitarian and save himself before it was too late? nope. none of the above. he actually started ignoring him and other posters actually began to mock his posts. eventually he went away. God only knows how he is now.

advising anyone to do anything that you yourself dont have the courage or the balls to do is pathetic, its cowardly, and it shows a deep lack of character. its like goading someone to jump off a bridge into a swift running stream. you have no idea if the water is deep enough or if the current will drown him, but you goad and goad him to jump anyway. its reckless and cowardly.

hey MH! - either put up or shut up! either actually TAKE YOUR OWN ADVICE and eat a mono, fruitarian, diet, or STOP TELLING OTHERS TO DO SO!

go ahead, i dare you to take your own advice! be a man, step up to the plate and put your money where your mouth is! otherwise you are just another bleating and blathering con man who wont drink his own potion!
