It takes alot of time to process big traumas like this, I'm talking years. It would be unfair to call yourself a "wuss" for not feeling like facing your abuser this xmas. Please don't put this on yourself! I certainly wouldn't want to face the a*hole.

Certain traumas I've faced had taken decades to sort out. The mind cannot cope with so much in short time frames and be "okay" quickly. Be kind to yourself.

Regarding your feelings towards males and relationships right now, totally and utterly normal and to be expected I would say.
