I still get palps around period time i also had to give up drinking coffee which i love i do still sneak a coffee here and there but i do pay for it and i havnt had a drink of alchol for about 10 months now i had to give that up to !! i wish i could go back the way i use to be just carefree and happy and didnt worry about nothing this has really taken a toll on my life i hope one day i can be 100% my self again
