I am shocked that no one told you to stop smoking pot and drinking. Both of these things are not helping you. The other thing you want to do is to eat clean, organic foods, mainly fruits and vegetables. Do not consume meat for now. When you get rid of this cyst then you want to eat meats.

I myself have a cyst on my kidney and now on my bladder. I have done everything and now starting fasting.

Drink plenty of filtered water.
