The best cheapest thing you can do for yourself it a coffee enema, the second best thing you can do is start figuring out how to eat a healthier diet.
Here are a couple of clues, no msg, that's a biggie, and it's in all the expensive prepared foods.
You are doing great, and it sounds like you might just have a few things to be angry about, getting angry when you start to get healthy and read the information on the cure zone has happened before.
