I agree Mo. These are excellent posts. Jessesmom has gone to alot of effort to write these and its such a shame that something as valuable, informative and health promoting is sure to get lost in the archives. Thing is its a difficult subject and many just give up reading because of the complexity of it. However the more you research it the more clear it becomes. I wish I had known all this years ago. Definately adding these posts to my favourites!
