For bee stings or ant bites I just urinate on my feet and rinse off in the shower. It will also knock out athletes foot or toenail fungus. As far as a hair rinse. I used my midstream urine to rinse my hair and then rinsed it out with water. I have been usubg apple cider vinegar with similar results but the urine seems to make my hair softer after two applications. I think at a bare minimum, I am probably going to use my urine for rinsing my hair for several weeks to see what the long term effects will be for my hair. I don't think I am brave enough to drink my urine yet but if the results externally could be duplicated internally, it might be remarkable. I generally go very slowly with trying new health protocols though. I like to know ten times more then I need to know before I step out on a limb but I have a feeling that urine might be a little medicine factory that that the body creates to heal whatever sickness one has. MH said that "no animal in the animal kingdom drinks its own urine" though so I am a little put off by that statement. While MH is not my medical guru(I don't have one), I do find that statement as a logical statement. I saw a goose eating grass yesterday though. I think he was sick or something. I had never seen a bird eat grass before yesterday and maybe MH's statement, while it appears to be factual, may not be true? In any case, I have had wonderful results with urine for insect bites and now for my hair. I think there may be more to this (sic)uri-logical
mystery then it appear on the surface. I am going to create a Urine as Medicine Research Blog and research this most available of all potential medicines.
