I am having a hard time....I was anorexic and exercise addict and then became a huge binger...I went through a heavy purging phase, but I don't do it enough to avoid weight gain.

Please, if any one out there has gained weight since being anorexic, how do you cope with it? I feel so regretful and miss being skinny so badly and the comfort that the restricting behaviors would give me. I am so depressed that I am now pudgy, whereas before being anorexic, I was average. Can any one please help?
