Yeah it's not surprising that even the "toxic" aspect of urine is so beneficial. :) I guess it's just toxic in larger amounts, especially in the blood. But I haven't really looked into this specifically.

I plan on picking up that Martha Christie book as well as "Golden Fountain" or whatever it's called by... uhh, that guy... can't remember the name offhand. Both seem to be *the* books on UT, and they don't seem very expensive.

There was also one more, "Waters of Life" I believe or something similar, from the 60's (or some ancient era like that, hehe) that sounded like a good one to look into ... I haven't yet though.

So far most of what I've learned has just been from internet info, archived posts here on CZ, and my own limited experience. :)
