hello, i just read what you wrote and i was hoping i might be able to give you some pressureless reassurance.
i am acctualy alot younger thany you, im only 15. I am also a bulimic and i understand all the confusing feelings you are going through. I find that through my bulimia i can find a place to hide from fears i feel are too much for me to cope with, maybe you have some issues to that might help by confronting? however i am also not ready to let go of this eating disorder. it is very easy for people to tell you to stop, and of course we would do anything to not be this way, yet we cannot avoid the fact that this illness has been programmed and there is not much we can do about it. When you are feeling particularly low about a binge or whatever, just remember, there is always tomorrow. This philosophy has always helped me to deal with my bulimia. no matter how bad one day is, there is always the next day to make up for it.
please just remember this.
