Yeah in retrospect it was pretty early to eat - I usually wait a couple hours. I guess what I'll do is try 13 drops again tonight - on a VERY empty stomach - and if that works out okay I'll stay the course and move up to 14 tomorrow. I really want to hit that 15 mark!
