I'll go to see my doctor on Monday and ask him for Lyrica but what I want to ask here is if anyone knows of a all-in-one herbal remedy I can take to lessen symptoms.

I've read that Valerian, St. Johns Wort, Siberian Ginsing, Turmerie, Calendula and many more are good to use. What I need is 1 pill (hopefully:) that doesn't cost a fortune and will help along with the precription meds and the physical therapy that I'm involved with.

Any Advice?
