Hi there, I am not exactly on Water Cure just yet, but I recently, started a Sugar free diet for candida, and as a result have been drinking much more water than I ever have before, I have switched to Sea Salt from regular and I use alot of it and always have, since I started drinking so much water, I have been more thirsty than ever!, my mouth is always dry, and I am worried I have medullary washout or something else is wrong. Quite honestly I have not measured the amount of water I drink, but I know it is alot at least for me compared to before, I have used regular tap water with lemon and I have bought bottled, I have also tried adding a little Sea Salt to my glasses of water, nothing works. I have always thought I needed more water, but this feeling of thirst dry mouth is very unpleasant, I am of course going to the bathroom all the time. Is there anybody that can maybe tell me why this happens and if I can do anything about it? Thank You so very very much.
