One therapeutic tool I find extremely beneficial is music therapy. I don't think music therapy gets talked about that much on Curezone, but I think it rates on the level of aromatherapy as being a tool that can be used in conjunction with the more heavy duty healing protocols.
In particular, for some reason the sound of the harp resonates within the souls of many people. I have no idea why the harp makes for a better healing instrument than any other. Maybe we are just conditioned to associate harp music with heaven and baby cherub angels and such. lol
Anyway, in the new and improved Incurables Party, we can have music going during the day as we do our activities that can improve our moods, and other music which can stimulate or soothe our 75 trillion cells as we do what we need to do to get well and strong. I'm sure y'all know how to download music to an Ipod, and I bet you know about Pandora.com. I caution all of us who have some big time healing to do to stay away from the emo songs and the depressing country break up/broken hearted songs (even though I LOVE Reba!). Instead find songs that are inspirational, and seek to lift us up out of those dark moments we get sometimes during a detox. Remember we have a lot of emotions stored in our tissues, and they will be released along with a lot of other yucky stuff. Praise God. Allow these emotions to occur when they do, but release them and move on. Stay in the "now." Don't go back to the past, and don't get anxious about the future.
I thought I'd share some beautiful music with you to help get us all started on music therapy.
Joyfully,
Donna
