no..not necessarily although most of the parts in his formulas are one part of each herbs, some are two..and in the intestinal cleanse I think it is like 7 times as much psyllium..going from memory though I think the superfood is one that is one part of each but I might be wrong as I am going from memory.

It is in his manual which is packed cause I am moving but email me and I can help you further with this.
