I don't know that it's a scam... I know a woman in her late 60's who takes it every day for her arthritis. It makes all the difference for her, that Arthritis medicines couldn't. So, she controls it just with the juice. When her shipment got delayed and she ran out one time, within a few days she was all crippled again, which lasted about 2 weeks until she got her new shipment, which soon got her out and about again. I was pretty surprised to hear that. While she was out she tried drinking the acai berry juice from the grocery store but it didn't help her.

I'm sure her diet is terrible and stuff, but she swore that MonaVie has made all the difference in her daily life.

Of course, it's no substitute for a healthy Diet and lifestyle. But I guess it does have some good antioxidant action or something, which helps some conditions more than others.
