I'm trying to find the best form of birth control; however I'm highly opposed to all the use of synthetic hormones.
The most effective non-hormonal method I have found so far, is the copper IUD.
I'm afraid of the typical IUD issues though, like perforation or lost strings, etc.

I don't really feel like I could trust a sponge or diaphragm.

Should we just deal with condoms?
