Trapper: Sorry, I forgot to answer your question about cooked foods. Last when I posted here about my cyst, JCrow and few others posted about eating cooked foods to get my Qi balanced, then I read a good explanation in Paul Pitchford's book,"Healing with whole Foods". I am going to just do the water fast, which hopefully this time will be easier than last time. Normally, when I fasted before it was a breeze for me because since my childhood my parents taught us to fast at least one day a month. So I have had good practice. However, this time I have to do it for a longer time.

I still cannot find why the cyst happened to me, a health freak and why after doing so many protocols it is not only growing, but growing in new places. I also do not want to go to a doctor who will simply drain it and if the basis of this condition is not solved it will return. Also I feel if they drain it eventually it will leak in the body cavity, which wul not be good.
