Buy SILICA LM1 in pellets and 100ml glass bottle or jar. 2/3 full it with distilled water and putt in one pellet
Every day in the morning do this procedure :
1. Bottle with seeds of silica 10 times hit on palm.
2. In ½ glass of water put 1 teaspoon liquid from bottle with silica and mix it
3. Take 1 teaspoon liquid from glass under the tongue and keep it few second.
4. Liquid from glass throw out .
Next day repeat it and day by day repeat until you file better .
