I had to use expensive creams ($35 for a little jar)for many years because my skin looked like a prune if I did not have my cream on. It was the first thing I put on my face in the morning. The esthetician told me she could not understand my complexion which was dry on the surface, but at the same time oily (deeper layers). When I read that urine was the best humidifier there was (chemical reaction, I should go back to my readings for the details) I started experimenting with it. Now I take the urine between 3 to 5 am, put a bit on a cotton ball to use it when I wake up. I wash my face with a natural soap (glycerine) and apply it afterwards on dry skin. It is now nicer than with the cream, because the shine is more natural and not greassy. I now have comments on my nice complexion!
