I have been diagnosed with gilberts syndrome last year which is considered a mild issue and not even a problem by conventional medical doctors. However, I have been suffering with poor digestion for about 7 + years with server IBS, bloating some insomnia, recent chronic fatigue, Depression and I have a very low body fat percentage. From my research it appears Gilberts syndrome people have a problem with the gluchorinidation process in the liver for phase 2 detoxification, leading to lack of bile to digest foods, where the bile ends up in the blood causing jaundice.
I can't remember beyond the last 3 years when my stools weren't yellow. They went brown with my first Liver Flush 2 years ago but after a month soon faded back to yellow.
Recently I started taking chanca piedra for the last 3 weeks and seen mixed improvement of my stools. Over the weekend I started taking 3-4 lecithin capsules with my meals and now, 2 to 3 days later, so far every stool has been brown and floating. This is a tiny bit of lecithin, considering the granules contain much more. I think this is a brilliant sign. Also my moons are starting to appear on my finger nails. Touch wood, that this is not just a fluke and a practical solution. Its early days yet, but I already feel my energy levels are much better.
If anyone knows of any success with lecithin I'd be very interested in this.
thanks
