Wow! That's a lot to take all at once!! Yeah, i went in to it really
slowly, so it was really good for me. I haven't been taking any sea-salt though
except in food, since that mineral core is there. But otherwise, it's amazing stuff.

And you were right by the way. I emailed the Dr. Batmanghelidj organization
and told them about the Vitalizer i'm using but they weren't interested/or didn't quite understand what it is. They said their only focus is on getting people to drink water, that's all. Hmmm.............................
