Hi vx,
with reference to missbliss77 & her current circumstances you are quite right, and in her own interests it is infinitely better for her to rest as much as possible during this period of crisis.
Raine13 is also correct about activity and weight-loss while fasting, but this would most definitely not apply in her case as she needs as much rest as possible for her available energies to cope and recover.
Each case must be handled and judged on merit and within the capabilities & interests of the faster/patient.
This has always been the view of Natural Hygienic Doctors and fasting supervisors generally since the mid 1800's.
On my first fast of 25 days I was incapable of virtually any movement whatsoever, as my life-energies were at such a low point, but my second fast of 30 days was an entirely different experience, where I even felt the need to walk and take other mild forms of exercise, but as raine13 has said, your body is the best guide as to its wants and needs whether feeding or fasting.
Regards
Chrisb1.
