I did the eight flushes last year, each about a month apart. I stopped in September to rest the liver for a few months. The ideal period to start flushing is in Spring (according to Traditional Chinese Medicine) but since i'm doing a long fast i thought it would be a good idea to eliminate the possibility of too many stones accumulating.
