Hi Don't Microwave the Bark just your water and let the bark sit in the hot water while on your trip... Don't want to destroy the nutrients in the bark... Check out

I used to get the tea and while I still have a lot from my last order, they sent me an new email inregards to a capsule which is supposed to be better then the tea.

Any way I will stick to the tea as I have seen other glucose come down and stay down.
