Hi there B,

I've been thinking about your post for a while, and I've had a couple of thoughts about it, please understand I agree with both JM's and Newports suggestions, and I'm going to make a couple of additional suggestions.

First, the biggest help to me with constipation in general, and in particular with pararsite cleansing is to drink a LOT of liquid. I live in a hot humid climate, and keeping enough liquid going is just difficult sometimes. I've noticed a big improvement in my general health by switching to distilled water, and I'm going to buy a water distiller as soon as I can manange it. When you take your herbals, be sure to drink lots of fluid, water if you can get it down. (I'm married to a non water drinker, so I know they exsist.)

If you aren't using a Colon Cleanse that's a preparation that is in conjunction with your herbal parasite cleanser, be sure that you do a colon clease of some type at the same time as the parasite cleanse. If you want to research which herbs would be the best ones for you on line, I've used this list frequently, and I've been very happy with the results I've gotten:

Enemas will also help, there are very good directions on how to do an enema in the faq section on this forum and the Bowel Cleanse Forum . You might also find a preparation at the health food store, or from Humaworm.

The other thing I did that was really helpful to me was a salt water flush:

It was really good for getting rid of candida, and I gather that's aslo a problem for you.

I know this is a lot, don't get overwhealmed and discouraged by all the information, you will slowly figure out what works for you. Asl questions if you don't understand, and you get stuck.
