ok. for me i'm sure it will be a unique experience. i mean to stop eating - out of my own will - this will be an unprecedented event in my life.

but there is one question i have: you said that one of the detox reactions is nausea, right? but how do you actually know that it is neausea as detox and not a kind of dizziness because of lack of food and so lack of energy? and even if it is detox, you surely experience exhaustion and fatigue, or not? at least in the first 3 days i can immagine. i mean if you do not eat, you MUST experience a lack of energy, or am i mistaken?
