I noticed that when fasting on water for 7 days... I was fine but when i started eating again i preferred salty foods for some time. :)

Well i dont know how important is to force salt intake since many people do water-only fasts for prolonged periods (20-40 days) without any additional salt. Also urine is a bit salty... Hm, maybe its good to take salt if you do enemas...
