I drink distilled water but there is a lot of controversy regarding it, even in the natural hygiene community (mercola, etc).

They say, until distilled water is mineralized, it will bond with anything. If you're using a plastic container, it will leach plastic into the water (at a high rate). If you use a glass container, the water will become highly acidic from the air.

Because the above argument is proven (the water will get highly acidic if not mineralized) I also believe that perhaps it's possible it could leach minerals from your body, seeing as how it can leach from everything else.

I tried adding a little sea salt to my distilled water a few weeks ago, it just ended up tasting bad. Have you heard that argument and do you have any suggestions?
