Thanks for the advice! I will try to drink more urine than water at start at least. Since it has great bio-feedback properties it makes sense you dont need to drink it all to achieve desired effect, but as much as you feel its right.

What about ketones? You said you couldn't drink it more after few days because of them. I read ketones give you energy so i dont quite understand...
