thanks for your detailed reply. I'm doing most of the things you mentioned, and I've been off the standard american diet for at least 15 years. Mostly plant based, currently no grain and minimal sugars (from fruit and occasionally a little honey or agave) and as raw as possible. I still have bowel issues, though. I don't have cramping, though I have had foot cramps or leg cramps occasionally in the past. I work at a computer all day and do sit a lot, but I try to get in as much exercise and daily walks as I can. I think I tend toward inflammation and have had headaches my whole life, as did my mother and grandmother. I do suspect iron deficiency and possible low thyroid, though I'm currently taking 2-4 tsp of kelp flakes a day vs. iodine. I tend to be wide awake at night, but sluggish in the morning and sometimes through the day, so despite the daytime fatigue, I don't sleep well at night. It feels a bit hormonal to me, but hard to say. I'm 41, so I'm probably in peri or pre-menoupause. I've done a lot of the cleanses recommended on Curezone already, and the trace mineral supplement I'm using is a colloidal type of product made from fulvic acid called super PH minerals. I take the magnesium that fizzes on hot water at night, but currently the only calcium I'm getting is from a whole food multi and may not be enough, unless I'm getting some from food. Most of my greens are in salads, baby greens, arugula, romaine, and really dark stuff like kale, collards and dandelion are sporadic, since kale and collards, while I love them, don't digest well for me. I'll check out the links you recommended, I've been under the impression that colloidal silver was something to be used more like an antibiotic, and not continuously, and I don't know much about colloidal gold, though I have taken it in small amounts recommended by a homeopath I was seeing. She felt that was better for me personally than silver, not sure why. I'll check out the links you mentioned, thank you. I haven't seen even a holistic doctor in quite a few years, and it might be time for some blood tests just to show me where I need to supplement and what I need to work on. I'm at a point where I have dumped way too much money into my health regime on products in particular that I really have to choose carefully, now and stick with the basics of what is most needed.
thanks again.
