I drank up to 2 litres a day for the first 2 days then wen't lower. You can drink as much or as little as you want. Just work out your daily water needs using the simple formula of

Your weight in pounds, half this amount and then take the new amount in oz of water. Therefore 200lb person needs 100oz of water a day.

This means that you decide how much urine you wish to ingest then just make up the difference in water to your daily needs. Remember Urine is something like 95% water you see.
