2tuff, this is the thing i am not sure about... How much urine or water? Do i need to drink it all or can i drink some water now and then? I think maybe glass of water now and then cant hurt, especially if urine acts as laxative. Then you need to get more water in or else one could dehydrate...

Would be nice to know what methods Armstrong used, but i cant get his book right now.

Powerfulheart, i got your mail, but we can talk about it here if you want. I can measure my pulse, prior, during and after the fast, no problem with that. :)
