I am planning to start urine and Water Fast on Sunday JAN 8 2006. If anyone wants to join me, please let me know. Right now i am thinking about preparations for this fast, so any advice is appreciated. I'll probably go for 10 days+ since i already did 7-day Water Fast in the summer - without any specific preparations, just stopped eating and keeping strong will. First 3 days were hard but then it was easier, except for mild nausea and lightheadedness which are detox indicators and nothing to worry about. It was a great experience.

I read you are less hungry and even lose weight faster when urine fasting, because of alkaline properties of urine and ketones, maybe of other properties too. Well, i have no experience with that so any info on this is welcome. I read few pages, this forum and i have no trouble drinking urine. Actually it felt very good, i could really tell it helps and it is great bio-feedback.
