Mike it never ceases to amaze me how you find the stamina to keep posting this stuff all the time. I guess you must be using it as therapy or something.
Did your doctor prescribe it?
Anyway I am glad if it does you some good but don't get the idea any one is really listening. You may as well just be shouting at a wall.
I recommend learning how to relax properly myself
Try some qigong, I hear it's very popular in Australia
