Hi, my last ND told me my liver was fine, she did that kinesiology thing.

Am I not supposed to believe in that?

I have done too much research & that makes me confused.

I was surprised that she said my liver was okay to be honest. I am going but not so good using enemas, glycerin suppositories & colonics (colonics on occasion) but I just cannot wait anymore for to be regular. I have never been really regular.

Isn't it possible that my liver may not be the problem?

I can't see why she would not have known that if my liver were messed up. This lady really seemed to pick up on everything about me.

I am taking lots of magnesium again at her advice & even that isn't working.

I cannot wait any more to be regular. And then what is that when they say it's different for everyone?

I am going to try the coffee enema again. I wonder how many is safe to do?

I have a client who is msg therapist. He has a client who does one every day. He used to have candida so bad.

He gets up early to take pills.

I am just so frustrated but will keep trying.

But I feel like I'm in a catch 22 & this was the same thing I was waiting on long time ago, getting regular enough to get better. I think it was easier when I just thought I had IBS.

I am still doing castor oil packs at night also.
